Every facility is different, so we don't price by square footage. We perform a workload engineering assessment to understand exactly what your building requires: the scope of work, frequency, and time needed to do it right. That analysis drives the proposal. A 3,000 sq ft office cleaned five nights a week is a very different program than a 10,000 sq ft medical facility with specific sanitation requirements.
Our programs include uniformed, background-checked, and drug-screened employees. We supply all cleaning equipment and chemicals, matched to the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) we maintain for health and safety compliance. Beyond the software, our approach is hands-on: periodic site visits, direct relationships with both our cleaning teams and our clients, and a clear process for handling complaints when they arise. While Arkansas does not require a specific license to perform commercial janitorial services, ABS maintains all required business registrations and carries a $1 million general liability policy and statutory workers' compensation coverage. Workers' comp is not universal in this industry. Many lower-cost providers, particularly franchise operations, don't carry it. That's one reason their pricing looks attractive. It's also a real exposure for the facilities that hire them.
We work with facilities that require cleaning three or more days per week, all the way up to 24/7 never-close operations — including factories and industrial facilities that require seven-day coverage across multiple shifts per day. Across our portfolio, ABS cleans approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial space on a nightly basis — a mix of multi-tenant office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing properties, and single-owner commercial spaces. We are built for ongoing, high-frequency accounts that require consistent execution, not occasional or once-a-week cleaning needs.
We are not a maid service, and we don't operate like one. After an agreement is signed and administrative setup is complete, we typically begin service within 30 days. That timeline allows us to properly hire or assign staff and stage the right equipment for your facility. In urgent situations where a client has already given notice to their previous provider, we do our best to provide stand-in coverage while we get the full program in place.
